About me
As a cultural and social anthropologist, I have always been fascinated by how people organize themselves and shape their interactions. Challenges make me curious to look more closely, to open up new perspectives, and to make possibilities visible by focusing on what is essential. I enjoy setting people and ideas in motion.
In my consulting work, I refer to my experience from:
-
local and international work in the private sector and NGO sector
-
Assist in conflicts and crisis situations as a registered mediator and expert in conflict transformation
-
Designing participatory processes in and with various organizations and institutions
-
projektmanagement with international partners and stakeholders
Always with great enthusiasm, bringing people and ideas together.
What defines me and the collaboration with me
Idealistic pragmatist – high standards in actions with a focus on feasibility and effectiveness
Trust and confidentiality – mutually and towards others
Openness and curiosity – for new perspectives and opportunities
Clarity and transparency – what are we talking about and are we talking about the same thing?
Humor makes everything a little easier
